My pottery and various art pieces are created  in Cotopaxi, Colorado at my studio, where I have lived since 1999.  My art is  inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons I observe in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains  and the Arkansas River which surrounds me. I am also inspired  by the night sky.  Where I live we are still lucky enough to see bright stars and the Milky Way.  The stars, moon and planets and the ancient stories and myths attached to them  give life to my spirit dolls. My creative practice helps keep me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy and happy. The appreciation of my art by friends, family and customers inspires me to keep creating. My pottery is  food safe, microwave and oven safe up to 350 degrees and made with lead free glazes.
