The diverse works of artists of the Southern Colorado Fine Arts Society will be featured during the month of December at The Artists’ Gallery, 416 Main Street, in Canon City.
Each month artists’ work is celebrated as Featured Artists for a month in a special display near the front of the Gallery. Their artistic works are featured during First Friday celebration, Dec. 5 th , at the Gallery from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.
The Southern Colorado Fine Arts Society (SCFAS) was established in 1999. It began as a group of watercolorists, but has evolved to include art in all media, including oil, pastel, pencil, and watercolor. The Society enjoys regular meetings at The Artists’ Gallery and special events such as art shows and demonstrations by guest artists.
Come celebrate the Society’s 26 years of artistic talents and camaraderie, and enjoy music, refreshments, and a fun evening!

The Artists’ Gallery Holiday Boutique opens on November 25 through December 25th . Handmade items made by the Artists include affordable, one-of-a-kind Christmas tree ornaments, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and Holiday memorabilia. Handmade cards and unique paper creations bring a special personal touch to gift-giving. On sale now is The Artists’ Gallery 2026 Calendar featuring every Artist’s work…and they’re only $10 each!
